Trinsx was born out of the challenges and problems arising from implementing CRMs. Getting these systems to work has been problematic since the days of Goldmine and, in most cases, has not been able to demonstrate it’s true potential. Trinsx began successfully solving this problem over 15 years ago and has expanded its services to meet its clients’ demands.

Julia Quinn Lucero
Operating Partner

Julia is passionate about implementing change for the better. Her extensive career helps ring in new world thinking for the advancement of business growth. Julia brings experience from globally recognized companies and has led them to success by combining marketing and operational strategies. Like Trinsx, she brings solutions at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations for the advancement and betterment of marketing teams seeking new ideas to fuel their growth strategies. Julia resides in Santa Clara, CA with her family and dogs. Her extracurricular activities include playing piano, dancing, and amateur photography. You will often find her on her back porch with a glass of red wine with her friends.

Todd Johnson
Technical Consulting Partner

Todd is a seasoned IT veteran who has lived and breathed infrastructure and service solutions throughout his extensive career. A broad skill set built over 30 years in IT enables him to assist clients with IT infrastructure and ITIL-related services and technical project management. Todd has successfully built solutions for startups and large corporations alike and delivers a perfect balance of technology intellect and business acumen to clients. Common engagements include high-level infrastructure assessments, IT strategy development, ITIL process development, and PMO services. Hailing from the midwest and schooled at Illinois State University, Todd lives in Colorado with his wife and family. In his past time, he enjoys the Colorado outdoors on his bike, spending time with his extended family, and day trading stocks.
