I have been working with, designing and resolving CRM issues for 15+ years. As you know, many fail. I continue to hear the reason for failure is abandonment. In other words, the users fail to interact and use it, otherwise it would be a good solution. At the risk of being repetitive, abandonment is a symptom not the cause! The Airbus 380 is an aeronautical engineering marvel. Well built, latest technology with the latest feature comforts, efficient engines and can haul up to 853 people halfway across the globe. However, it is not a solution that is successful in its market. If abandonment was the reason, that would mean its failure is the fault of the passengers not buying tickets to ride it. Enjoy!
